Cannoli are Sicilian pastry desserts. They are made of tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling usually containing ricotta cheese or sweetened Mascarpone blended with some combination of vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, Marsala wine, rosewater or other flavorings. Sometimes cannolis can be found with the shells dipped in chocolate in addition to being stuffed with filling. These dessert cannoli erasers look so real! Just don't eat them! The eraser set consists of one vanilla cannoli eraser and one chocolate cannoli eraser or strawberry cannoli eraser. Use them as erasers, doll house decorations, and miniature food displays.
