SHIPPING METHOD :

Shipping is available within the United States by USPS's Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground with tracking number. (Books, CDs, and DVD's are purchased through and shipped by Amazon.com).

International deliveries are also available via USPS's Priority Mail International. The order recipient is responsible for all surcharges – including brokerage fees, custom fees, duty and any other relevant charges.

We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Items ordered together may not necessarily shipped together. We usually ship within the week for in-stock items. Shipments usually go out between 12-2pm PST, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays. Please allow 3-7 work days for delivery. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock due to high demand. If any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you by email and provide you with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to cancel if the date is unacceptable.

Express Delivery Information

Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations. Only available for US orders placed on Monday through Thursday for an additional charge of $18.00. Delivery to most addresses in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses. See USPS Express Mail for more information and guaranteed delivery time in your area.


Back Orders

If you like to order items that are on back order, it may take between 1 to 3 weeks or longer to receive your order. We will hold your order until all items are in stock for shipping. Please contact us if you like to find out the status of the back order and when your order is available for shipping. Thank you.


Wholesale

We do not wholesale, but we do give bulk order discounts for orders $300 or over. Buyer pays for all shipping fee. For eraser orders, each item is sold in set of 10. No returns or exchange. Please contact us for more information.


Location

Other than our virtual store in the world wide web, our office is located in the Berkeley, CA. We are not open to the public at this time, but you like to pick up your order in person, please contact us to make an appointment.

PRICES AND SALES TAX

We don't charge sales tax; we just collect them. We are required to collect Alameda County sales tax for orders shipped to California. Prices are subject to change and items may be discontinued without prior notice.
