RETURN POLICY :

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. All products ordered from HapaCulture may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact. Please package the merchandise in the same or similar box as it shipped, include a copy of the invoice, and ship to HapaCulture Inc., 1563 Solano Ave. #276, Berkeley, CA 94707. HapaCulture is not responsible for items damaged during return shipment. For fragile items, please pack them well so that they will not be damaged when returned. Customers are responsible for the return freight charge. Any shipping company may be used to return the item(s) to us. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation for high value items. Please email us at customer-service@hapaculture.com to inform us of a pending return or for a prompt resolution to a problem.

Oops! Got the wrong order? Please contact us and we will send you the right order along with a return label for the wrong package. If your order got damaged during shipping, please let us know how (so we can improve our packing ability), and we will replace or refund your order.

Custom Items
Sorry, custom orders are made just for you and are thus not returnable, exchangeable, nor refundable. One e-mail or fax proof is provided for customer approval as part of the order process. The customer is responsible for all errors and omissions once they have approved the proof. Production starts upon customer's proof approval. Orders can be cancelled at any point during the order process. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred up through the date of cancellation.

Special Orders
Special orders are made just for you and are thus not returnable, exchangeable, nor refundable. One e-mail or fax proof is provided for customer approval as part of the order process. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and may choose other delivery services, such as UPS and Fedex. Orders can be cancelled at any point during the order process. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred up through the date of cancellation.
