BACK ORDERS

If you like to order items that are on back order, it may take between 1 to 3 weeks or longer to receive your order. We will hold your order until all items are in stock for shipping. Please contact us if you like to find out the status of the back order and when your order is available for shipping.

Return orders

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. All products ordered from HapaCulture may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact. Please package the merchandise in the same or similar box as it shipped, include a copy of the invoice, and ship to HapaCulture Inc., 1563 Solano Ave. #276, Berkeley, CA 94707. HapaCulture is not responsible for items damaged during return shipment. For fragile items, please pack them well so that they will not be damaged when returned. Customers are responsible for the return freight charge. Any shipping company may be used to return the item(s) to us. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation for high value items. Please email us at customer-service@hapaculture.com to inform us of a pending return or for a prompt resolution to a problem.

Oops! Got the wrong order? Please contact us and we will send you the right order along with a return label for the wrong package. If your order got damaged during shipping, please let us know how (so we can improve our packing ability), and we will replace or refund your order.

Customer orders

Sorry, custom orders are made just for you and are thus not returnable, exchangeable, nor refundable. One e-mail or fax proof is provided for customer approval as part of the order process. The customer is responsible for all errors and omissions once they have approved the proof. Production starts upon customer's proof approval. Orders can be cancelled at any point during the order process. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred up through the date of cancellation.

Mail orders

Please download order form in pdf, fill it out and mail it back to us at HapaCulture Inc., 1563 Solano Ave. #276, Berkeley, CA 94707. If you are shipping to California, please include your local California sales tax. Please double check your math to insure speedy process. If you are ordering by check, your order will be shipped once the check is cleared.

Special orders

Special orders are made just for you and are thus not returnable, exchangeable, nor refundable. One e-mail or fax proof is provided for customer approval as part of the order process. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and may choose other delivery services, such as UPS and Fedex. Orders can be cancelled at any point during the order process. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred up through the date of cancellation.

WHOLESALE orders

Our minimum wholesale opening order is $100 and no minimum thereafter. We ship by UPS only. Buyer pays for all shipping fee. There is no exchange or return. Please contact us for more information.

LOCATION

Other than our virtual store in the world wide web, our office is located in the Berkeley, CA. We are not open to the public at this time, but if you like to pick up your order in person, please contact us to make an appointment.

PRICES AND SALES TAX

We don't charge sales tax; we just collect them. We are required to collect Alameda County sales tax for orders shipped to California. Prices are subject to change and items may be discontinued without prior notice.

PRODUCT Safty

Our Japanese erasers are of the highest quality materials and held to rigid standards. They are nontoxic and contain no lead, no phthalate, no latex, no PVC, no paint. Our Japanese manufacturers are environmentally friendly and non-polluting. All our erasers and packaging are recyclable. We do not carry fakes nor counterfeits. All our products are only for people who will not eat them.
