If you like to order items that are on back order, it may take between 1 to 3 weeks or longer to receive your order. We will hold your order until all items are in stock for shipping. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. All products ordered from HapaCulture may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact. Please package the merchandise in the same or similar box as it shipped, include a copy of the invoice, and ship to HapaCulture Inc., 1563 Solano Ave. #276, Berkeley, CA 94707. HapaCulture is not responsible for items damaged during return shipment. For fragile items, please pack them well so that they will not be damaged when returned. Customers are responsible for the return freight charge. Any shipping company may be used to return the item(s) to us. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation for high value items. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of a pending return or for a prompt resolution to a problem.
Oops! Got the wrong order? Please contact us and we will send you the right order along with a return label for the wrong package. If your order got damaged during shipping, please let us know how (so we can improve our packing ability), and we will replace or refund your order.

We don't charge sales tax; we just collect them. We are required to collect Alameda County sales tax for orders shipped to California. Prices are subject to change and items may be discontinued without prior notice.
Our Japanese erasers are of the highest quality materials and held to rigid standards. They are nontoxic and contain no lead, no phthalate, no latex, no PVC, no paint. Our Japanese manufacturers are environmentally friendly and non-polluting. All our erasers and packaging are recyclable. We do not carry fakes nor counterfeits. All our products are only for people who will not eat them.
