SHIPPING METHOD

Standard shipping is available within the United States by USPS's Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground with tracking number.

We make every effort to ship your order quickly. We usually ship within the week for in-stock items. Shipments usually go out between 12-2pm PST, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays. Please allow 3-7 work days for delivery. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock due to high demand. If any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you by email and provide you with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to cancel if the date is unacceptable.

SELF PICK-UP

We are located at 725 Gilman St., Berkeley, CA 94710. We are usually open weekday mornings. Please let us know when you will be coming to pick up your order.

 

US EXPRESS DELIVERY INFORMATION

Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations. Only available for US orders placed on Monday through Thursday by 1:00 am PST for an additional charge of $18.00, including orders that are eligible for free standard shipping. Delivery to most addresses in the United States - including PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, and military addresses. See USPS Express Mail for more information and guaranteed delivery time in your area. US Express Mail with signature and without signature cost the same.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

To order by email – Please email us with your orders, and we will email you an invoice and payment instruction via PayPal. You do not have to have PayPal account to pay through PayPal.
To order by fax – Please download order form in pdf, fill it out and fax it back to us at 800-767-0882.
International orders are ship by USPS's Priority Mail International. The order recipient is responsible for all surcharges – including brokerage fees, custom fees, duty and any other relevant charges.
